Yo guys, we are here today and our wine finally hits one week old yeahh. *clap2* Another 7 hardcore days to go. All right, now for today's situation. I am feeling a bit worried though, because the blue balloon is slowly deflating. Soon after that, we immediately do a thorough checkup with the balloon, at the end we are glad because no holes were found. But then we started to get worried again, fearing if something might happen to the fermentation process. So we consulted with Mr. Steven, our beverage studies lecturer, and he told us that it is normal for it to happen. Due to the unstable condition of the fermentation process. He also told us that, there is no need for us to freak out if the balloon popped out, all we need to do was to change the balloon, the moment we saw it was deflated.

So, we became even confident in making our own wine. Now here it is, the latest update of our Suchwein Merry.
