Hey guys, how are you doing tonight? Great right. Of course, well our night? Don't know what to say hahahaha. I believe our story in the post will start to get boring again. Because yeah, what we did today was to rack the wine again, to make sure that the yeast disappear. Some of you must be thinking that "Hmmm, even after two days of racking the wine, the yeast is not disappearing yet?", and the answer is No! Even after a few times of racking the yeast will not disappear, there will always be some yeast left underneath the bottle. Now here is the image of the wine before we rack it just now.
:Look at the white substance, it sure is not as thick as two days ago right. Yeap, I know that we are doing a great job, because we have been taking care of the wine since day 1. Hehehehehe. After that we do the usual stuff, that is to rack the wine, so we transfer the wine and then move it back to a clean bottle, and yeah that's it. Sure is a nice experience to make a wine you know :)
