Hello Hello. Guys, guess what!!! We are one day away till we start to rack our wine. Hip hip yay. At last my viewer will not get bored to what I'm about to post anymore hahahahaha. Hey guys, how are you doing? I don't think there is nothing much that I will be talking about today, becausssssseeeee, all I wanted to do right now is to sleep, and wake up tomorrow to start operating our wine yay. Yes, I know that you guys are also excited right, I bet you are flowing with exciting energy to see what we will do tomorrow right hahahaha.
By the way peeps, just now I was observing our wine and found out that the yeast and the grape has been separated by all of the grape must, which then leave all the yeast at the bottom of the bottom while the fermentated grape floated in the grape must. Sure is a big progress right guys hahaha. But I do feel a little bit gross when I looked at those grape, it was all gloomy and full of fungi I guess hahahaha. Anyway guys, here is the latest update of how our wine has become.
I know the balloon is not growing anymore, feels kinda sad, because I like big balloons hahahaha, but in the same time feeling super excited because we are about to move on to the new step of our wine-making process yay!! So, stay tune for tomorrow update guys, We will see you tomorrow. Byeeeee!!
